Stakeholders
involved
Community partners: personal network
Strengthening the personal network can be tailored to the customer. It can include restorative care and/or empowerment action and is offered individually or in groups. The barriers experienced by the customer can represent a starting point to shape the offer. The TAZ programme uses the 'personal future planning' methodology.

Community partners: communication, research and development
Developments and results of the TAZ programme are made known via a newsletter to the employmers and vocational training services, empowering operators, users organizations, social partners.
In the Open Knowledge Network, the resilience of the target group is interpreted by focusing on the positive outflow result. The exchange of successful methodologies occurs within this knowledge network. For example, universities research on the successful practices and report on it.
Direct impact  The following outcomes are measured:
• Customer Reach
• Route Duration
• Nature of the actions during the program
• Outflow from unemployment
• Recruitment NEC
• Job Retention after 3-6-9-12 months
Conclusions and results In 2015 there were 2100 people active in this programme.
GTB is central in building the networks and supporting good collaboration of all partners.
Duration The program was initiated in 2013, with earlier preparation projects since 2007.
