Service users

In social services provision, service users is a term designating the 'clients', the persons benefiting from the service. Recently, there has been an increasing attention to involve service users in social, health and care services. Training and involvement in the decision-making, restructuring and provision of services has been a new way of operating and thought to have the potential to break barriers and democratize social services. This way of involving service users is called 'co-production'.The EPR supports co-productive activities of its members and through its activities.
