Total Quality Control (TQC)

TQC is a part of Total Quality Management. The concept of TQC was introduced by A.V. Feigenbaum. It is defined as: an effective system for integration of quality development, quality control and quality improvement done by the collaboration of several groups in the organisation. TQC requires participation (involvement) of all functions including marketing, designing, producing, controlling and delivering.
