Design- Disabled Employability Signaling

DESIGN project was about finding the most suitable person for a job, for breaking discrimination cycles and society prejudice, barriers that people with disability are facing. The main aim of the project was to deliver high job placement counselling services, to disabled people and to employers that have suitable job places.

The Job Placement Service Learning Programme Manual has been prepared in response to the Intellectual Output III.  This output helps delivering the Training of Professionals for the Placement of People with Disabilities in the Open Labour Market.
This guide was designed to help organizations replicate and promote the training course. It can be used for organizations to deliver online and workshop sessions for professionals working in employment and human resources services, especially professionals working with employment for people with disabilities.
