Collection of Good Practices on the support for social inclusion of Ageing People with Disabilities
This report highlights 11 good practices focused on supporting the social inclusion of ageing people with intellectual disabilities, particularly those over 50, without discrimination. Contributed by partners from six European countries, these practices address inclusive policies, accessibility and effective training. The project examines diverse environments and resources to assess the impact and transferability of these practices, aiming to enhance social services for ageing people with intellectual disabilities across Europe.
The report is a result of Particip.Age, an Erasmus + funded project with the aim of supporting community participation and social inclusion of Ageing People with Intellectual Disabilities
