Mutpol Youth Services
Organization overview: Mutpol is a non-profit social service provider organization, offering assistance and support to disadvantaged young people with difficult living conditions and in need of support. The organization is based in the town of Tuttlingen, Germany.
Founded in 1825 as a rescue facility “for poor and neglected children“, it has changed name, purpose and services for young people several times. In 1840, it was renamed into „Private educational institution for children in need of help”. In 1997, it was decentralized and remodeled into a modern and innovative youth welfare facility. In 2004 it was renamed to „Mutpol Diakonische Jugendhilfe Tuttlingen e.V.“ with the memorable lighthouse and the Slogan „Learning living.

Services are decentralized and currently offered in 13 counties in the Tuttlingen region.
Stationary premises
On the premises:
Boys' residential group for 8 young people aged approx. 12-17 years
3 intensive groups for 6 children and adolescents each; co-educational from approx. 10-17 years (mentally disabled people, mostly with psychiatric experience)
1 mixed-gender regular residential group
1 girls' residential group
1 emergency reception group
In the social areas in the district of Tuttlingen:
Decentralized residential groups for 8 children and young people aged 12 and over in Liptingen and in the town of Tuttlingen
A residential group for children aged 6 and over in Aldingen
Two intensive residential groups with a special focus
Youth residential communities, various smaller, more flexible residential offers through to Assisted individual living
Educational centers
Currently 5 places; education by educational professionals in their private setting
Semi inpatient services
- 2 day groups on the main site Im Steinigen Tal (up to 10 children per group aged up to 10 children aged from elementary school)
- 2 day groups in the town of Tuttlingen Wirbelwind 1 and 2 in Schillerstrasse ( up to max. 20 children aged from elementary school)
- Day group in Spaichingen ( usually 8 children in primary school age and older)
- Combined offer in Immendingen "Youth welfare under one roof"
- 1 "mixed form" inpatient semi-stationary in Aldingen

- We provide in 5 municipalities in the district , competent employees in the open local youth work , who as part of the work order

- School social work I addition to the open youth work , we operate at six Schools in the district among others , also in educational vocational schools ), the School social work and its closed related , youth vocational help

Unaccompanied minors Foreigners/young refugees and their families
- Since the summer of 2015 until today , we took in about 110 UMAs in all ways of inpatient accomodation in the district of Tuttlingen
- In the meantime , the development of outpatient offers ; way to independance offers ; assisted living , has gained weight
- We facilitated / enabled the mentoring of 12 UMAs within the assisted living in the district of Rottweil
- Development of offers for families , their children, as well as the community oriented refugees help
SBBZ
- Center for special education and consultation with the funding focus/ priority emotional and social development - Gotthilf-Vollert-Schule
- School at the home - with the educational programs: Primary school/ secondary school (Werkrealschule) / secondary school (Realschule) / Learning/ To learn; connected with a vocational/ professional school with the VAB in a special form and a one-year or a two-year schooling in the domestical vocational school; various differentiated, intensive offers for education and support

- We, Mutpol Diakonische Jugendhilfe Tuttlingen e.V., have taken over of all offers of the social therapeutic association Holzgerlingen, and integrated it under the brand name Mutpol Region Böblingen

We are since March 2016, after taking over the social therapeutic association , an advanced training organisation / advanced trainer provider with a systemic oriented advanced training institute
