WHAT IS WHODAS? (I)
Generic assessment instrument developed by WHO to provide a standardized method for measuring health and disability across cultures.

- Short, simple and easy to administer (5 to 20 minutes)
- Applicable in both clinical and general population settings

Directly linked at the level of the concepts to the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF)

Covers 6 Domains of Functioning, including:
- Cognition – understanding & communicating
- Mobility – moving & getting round
- Self-care – hygiene, dressing, eating & staying alone
- Getting along – interacting with other people
- Life activities – domestic responsibilities, leisure, work & school
- Participation – joining in community activities

WHODAS IN SIVA SOCIAL REHABILITATION (SR)
1st consultation and evaluation at the beginning of SR
2nd consultation and evaluation at the end of SR (after 14 days)
WHODAS IN SIVA VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION(VR)
01 First evaluation during professional assessment
02 Filled the rehabilitation for VR plan according to the needs of client
03 Once in 3-6 months he plan is revalued checking if the aims of the rehabilitation are reached
